Individual or small group private yoga class

Payne will teach on Individual 90 minute yoga class in your home or a public location $60/one person.

Each additional person $15 per person. Up to 8 people.

Payne offers classes to veterans who may be living with PTSD or anxiety which are reimbursed by the Veterans administration.
