Design and Develop a yoga routine based on the assessment. Yoga practitioner, Payne will work with each client to understand their body, skills, goals, and develop a personalized yoga routine for them.

Payne offers customized yoga to veterans who may be living with PTSD or anxiety which are reimbursed by the veterans administration.
